The lesson starts out of the water in our specially designed space with the basic theoretical knowledge and the safety protocols are explained to ensure a pleasant activity
This is followed by a representation of the movements that will take place in the water out of the water with the guidance of our instructor.
Then we go to the boat and apply what we learned out of the water!
It is a fun activity and is aimed at people of all ages!
We provide you with the possibility to choose the number of courses you wish to attend (1 course or a package of 10 courses).
