Shaping the clay with your eyes closed, Volos – Pelion
Activity Description
A multi-level experiential activity with the hands and an amorphous mass of clay as a tool, inspired and created by Christos Giannakopoulos, ceramist from Volos.
A unique experience and a reason to feel Pelion, with eyes closed, guided by the soul, to give shape to the clay using hands as the only tool and to reconsider what it once was to be a child.
We will make tea with mountain water and taste local herbs.
We will hear the rustle of the wind that gives a pulse to the foliage and makes the bright light fly. We will be quiet. Then we will close our eyes, stimulating the rest of our senses.
Mobiles are silenced, intuition is expanded. Time loses its compulsive importance.
Then we will speak simply, communicate by traveling in our thoughts. The experience takes place both outdoors and indoors and is for all ages.
